The common name for this invasive species is the Cane Toad. Some other common names of the Cane Toad are the Marine Toad, the Giant toad, the Giant Marine Toad, the South American Cane toad and the Dominican Toad (“Cane Toad”). The current scientific name of this species is the Rhinella Marina. Some aliases are the Bufo Marinus and  Bufo pythecodactylus Rivero (“Rhinella marina”).
